From Special Operations Training to Building Businesses
After graduating college, I had one mission: serve at the highest level. I enlisted in the Navy and pursued special operations training — an experience that demanded everything I had and shaped who I am to this day. When injuries ended that chapter, I pivoted.
I moved to Paris, France, earned an MBA in Finance, and spent years helping grow my mother's luxury travel agency — Travel By Connections — across Europe. I learned what it means to build client relationships at the highest level, negotiate with world-class partners, and deliver an experience people never forget. Then COVID hit, and that chapter ended too.
Back in the US, I discovered cybersecurity. I earned my degree at SANS Technology Institute, then built my career as an engineer at one of the world's Big 4 consulting firms — working across enterprise-level security, backend web infrastructure, and high-stakes client strategy. It was elite work. But something was missing.
I have a 2-year-old. There are moments I refuse to miss. And I knew I was built to work for myself — to combine my technical depth and creative eye in service of something that actually mattered to me. So I built Connections Digital Agency, named as a nod to my mother's legacy, and found my purpose.
